Baccarat

Baccarat is a popular card game comprising of two hands, BANKER/PLAYER. The winning hand will be the hand whose card total is nearest to 9. In the game of Baccarat, Aces have a value of one and ten/face cards are valued at zero.

1. The objective of the game is to obtain a Point Total as close to 9 as possible on either Player Hand or Banker Hand.

2. The value of the cards shall be determined as follows:
      a. An Ace shall have a value of 1 point;
      b. Any card from 2 to 9 shall have its face value; and
      c. 10 and any Picture Card shall have a value of 0 point.

3. Player may start placing a Bet when the Dealer announces “Place your Bets, please”.

4. The permissible minimum limit and maximum Differential limit shall be displayed at the table.

5. It shall be the responsibility of the Player to place the Bet within the permissible minimum and maximum limits as displayed at the table.
6. Where applicable, no Player playing in any betting box and Betting less than the maximum limit provided, shall refuse the balance of the Bet in that Round of play to be taken up by any other Player.

7. Any Player may choose to place a Bet on any one or more of the following:
   - Player
   - Banker
   - Tie
   - Player Pair
   - Banker Pair
   - Super 6
Any Player may Bet on the Player Pair and/or Banker Pair and/or Tie without having to place a Bet on Player Hand or Banker Hand.

8. No more Bets shall be placed after the Dealer announces “No more Bets”.

9. The Seated Player with the highest Bet on the table may, on tables, where the cards are dealt face down, will have the authority to squeeze the cards.

10. Four initial cards shall be dealt from the Card Shoe. The first and third cards shall be the Player Hand and the second and fourth cards shall be the Banker Hand. These four cards shall be used to determine the outcomes of the Player Pair and Banker Pair.
Players who have Bets placed on either Player Hand or Banker Hand can Bet on the respective Insurance as shown in the Baccarat Insurance Pay Table. Thereby insuring their Original Bets. The Insurance Bet shall be paid in accordance with the Pay Table when the Player Hand or Banker Hand loses.

11. Players who have Bets placed on either Player Hand or Banker Hand can Bet on the respective Insurance as shown in the Baccarat Insurance Pay Table. Thereby insuring their Original Bets. The Insurance Bet shall be paid in accordance with the Pay Table when the Player Hand or Banker Hand loses.

12. After the initial four cards are dealt, including where a 3rd card is dealt to the Player Hand, the Player may decide to Bet on Insurance, as the situation arises, in accordance with the Baccarat Insurance Pay Table in. The odds of the Insurance Bet for the game shall either be indicated on the Display Board, or the Dealer shall push out the marker indicating the odds of Insurance Bet, provided always that: 
      a. Insurance for the Player Hand (Player Insurance Bet) is applicable to two or three cards situations which are subject to 3rd card rules.
Insurance for the Banker Hand (Banker Insurance Bet) is only applicable to a two cards situation; and
      b. the total payout on the Insurance Bet(s) (as described under paragraph 11) shall not exceed the Original Bet placed on the Player Hand or the Banker Hand.

13. Subsequent card to be drawn by either Player Hand or Banker Hand shall be subject to the 3rd card rules in accordance with the Baccarat Table of Play in paragraph 3.12, provided always that if Player Hand does not draw a third card, Banker Hand shall stand on 6, 7, 8 or 9 and draw on 0, 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5.

1. 9 is the highest Point Total, 8 is the second highest and so on in descending order. The Hand (Player Hand or Banker Hand) with the higher Point Total, is the winner. 

2. If the Player Hand and the Banker Hand have the same Point Total, it denotes a Tie game. The Original Bet(s) placed on the Player Hand and Banker Hand shall be returned to players.

Odds of each settlement 

1. Player wins is always paid 1:1

2. Banker wins on commission baccarat, the house takes 5% commission from the winning bet.

3. If the Banker wins on a non-commission baccarat with 6 points, house will pay half or 50%.

4. Tie is paid 8 to 1

Sic Bo is a popular game in Asia and is played using a dice tumble with 3 dice inside and a table with variety of betting options. The dice tumble is covered by a dome-shaped cover and it shall be activated mechanically or electrically by the Dealer to shake the dice inside before starting each round of play.

1. The objective of the game is to Bet on the numbers or combinations of numbers that will match the winning combination of the three dice. 

2. Players may start placing their Bet when the Dealer announces “Place your Bets, please”. 

3. The allowed minimum limit and maximum limit, and maximum Differential limit shall be displayed at the table.

4. It shall be the responsibility of the Player to place the Bet within the allowed minimum limit and maximum limit, and maximum Differential limit as displayed at the table.

5. The game requires a Dice Shaker (Dealer) and another Dealer for paying winning and collecting losing bets.

6. The Dice Shaker is responsible in shaking the dice, open, announce the winning combinations, and key in the result using the key pad to Tai Xiu display for the players to view the results. 

7. The Dice Shaker will cover the dice and shake up and down once using one hand only, and place the covered dice in the designated table area and announce, “Place your bets, please”.

8. No more Bets shall be placed after the Dealer announces “No more Bets”. 

9. The winning combination is determined by the value on the uppermost surface of the three dice. The dice must rest flat on the saucer.

10. When Triple number comes out, the dealer shall put the marker signage showing “Triple Push”, on either Big Triple or Small Triple number and start collecting the losing bets, and return the pushed bet on either Tai or Xiu to the rightful owner before paying the winning bets.

a. Big Triple (444, 555 or 666) wins, Tai bets are pushed and Xiu bets are collected.

b. Small Triple (111, 222 or 333) wins, Xiu bets are pushed and Tai bets are collected.

11. All losing Bets shall be collected and winning Bets shall be paid in accordance with the Tai Xiu Pay Tables shown under Settlement section.

Niu Niu

Niu Niu is a popular card game played in south-eastern China and Cambodia. It is played with a single deck of 52 cards, with hands comprising of five cards each.The objective of the game is to have a higher-ranking hand than the Dealer after you have set your cards into a three and two card hand.

1. The objective of the game is to win over the house points, it is a matter of win or lose, no push hand. There are three ways to declare the winner:
      a. Points, higher points always win, where 10 is the highest, high card is the lowest.
      b. Highest card, if player and dealer having the same points, highest card among the five cards will be used to declare the winner, ranking of the cards shall be as follows from highest to lowest: King, Queen, Jack, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, Ace. where Ace is only counted as 1.
      c. Highest suit, If the dealer’s hand and player’s hand are having the same points and the same highest card; the suit of the highest card will decide who is the winner. Ranking of the suit shall be as follows from highest to lowest: Spade, Hearts, Clubs and Diamonds.
2. In the event that the player or the dealer cannot form a high hand out of five cards, the Highest card among the five cards will be used to play on that hand. Same rules apply if both player and dealer are having same highest card, suit of the highest card will be the deciding factor for the winner.
3. Player may start placing a Bet when the Dealer announces “Place your Bets, please”
4. Player have the option to play or bet among three betting boxes in each betting box. He can opt to play any of Ante, Double, Super or play the three-betting boxes. If the player chooses to play on Double and Super, he/she needs to have a “show money” or deposit to prove that he can play and have enough money in case he loses the game.
5. It shall be the responsibility of the Player to place the Bet within the permissible minimum and maximum amount according to the limit displayed at the table.
6. This game is only for Seated Player; no Standing Player is allowed and no Player shall be permitted to place a Bet on another Player’s betting box.
7. A seated player is allowed to bet up to 2 betting boxes, if there is no other player playing on that box, and is allowed to view 1 set of cards one at a time. Other hand must be exposed first, before the player proceed to open the next box
8. Dealer will lift the cards and start placing one card at a time face down, making 6 hands in front of the working area, following from right to left and back until all the hands has five cards each.
9. No more Bets shall be placed after the Dealer announces “No more Bets”.
10. Once the placement of cards is complete, dealer will shake the dice three times and offer the dice cup to player if the player wants to shake. Only one player is allowed to shake in every round of play. If the players refuse to shake the dice, dealer will shake the dice again for three times.
11. Dealer will open the cup and count the dice total. Dice total point will determine to which the first set of cards will go. The dice points follow the box number, starting from right to left. Dealer is included in the rotation.
12. If the box has no bet, the cards assigned to the box will be pushed up and discarded after the delivery is completed.
13. Player must wait until the card delivery is completed before they can view their cards.
14. After examining the cards, player must lay his card face up beside the betting box. In case a player miscounted the card total and set the cards wrong, dealer will have to arrange according to the right way and points. There is no wrong setting on this game.
15. Dealer can open and set the cards after the player finished to set their own cards. After the dealer set the cards, he/she shall then compare his cards with player. Pay and collect using the pay table under settlement section.

2. This is a mirror game, when the dealer has a winning hand, he will collect according to the table of payments. If player has a winning hand, dealer will pay according to the table of payments, except on 5 points, whereby the player will be paid in half on ante and double bet and 2.5 to 1 on Super NiuNiu bet if the player wins on 5 points. If the house wins on 5 points, dealer will collect all the bet on ante and double and 5 times of their original bet on Super NiuNiu.

Three Cards Poker is a variation of the popular Poker game in European and American countries. The game has similar rules to Blackjack or Baccarat. Each participant at the table and the dealer will be dealt 3 cards in total. The objective of the game is to achieve a higher-ranking Hand than the Dealer’s Hand.

1. The objective of the game is to achieve a higher-ranking Hand than the Dealer’s Hand.
      a. All suits have the same rank. The ranking of cards, from the highest to the lowest, shall Straight sequence consisting of “3, 2 and Ace”, where the Ace shall be counted as 1.
      b. The rankings of Hands from the highest to the lowest are as follows:

Straight Flush (Three cards of the same suit in sequence)

Three of a Kind

e.g. Q, Q, Q

Straight (any three cards in sequence of different suits, an Ace may count high or low in a Straight)

- A, K, J beats A, K, 10 as the next highest card after the Ace and the King is a Jack, which ranks higher than a 10.

Player can choose only either cut or shake, if the player cut the cards, dealer will no longer offer the dice cup to player.
10. Dealer will open the cup and count the dice total. Dice total point will determine to which the first set of cards will go. The dice points follow the box number, starting from right to left. Dealer is included in the rotation.
11. If the box has no bet, the cards assigned to the box will be pushed up and discarded after the delivery is completed.
12. Player must wait until the card delivery is completed before they can view their cards.
13. Dealer will open the house card after the player set their cards and do box per box settlement.
14. The Dealer shall then compare his Hand with each Player's Hand.
      a. If the Player’s Hand is of higher ranking than the Dealer's Hand as, the Player wins and his Bet is paid 1 to 1.
      b. If the Player’s winning hand is Pair or better and has a jackpot bet, the player will be paid in accordance to the table of jackpot pay out.
      c. If the Player’s Hand and Dealer’s Hand are of the same ranking, it constitutes a Push;
- Push hand having pair or better, both Jackpot and Bet will be returned to player.
- Push hand consisting only odd cards, Jackpot Bet will be collected, Bet will be returned to player.
      d. Player’s winning hand with King and Queen as high hand is paid in half or 1 to 2.
15. Jackpot Bet shall be settled in accordance to the Pay table (Pay table shown under Settlement section), Jackpot bet will only win if the player is having a winning hand.

Using a deck of 52 cards. Players will be dealt 4 cards each time they play. Each stage requires at least 2 people to play.After being dealt cards, the player will bet on the Banker or Player, the card value of each hand will determine whether you win or lose.

1. The Objective of the game is to achieve higher points than the dealer on both low hand and high hand. There is no push in this game. Aside from “Kap Kun” on 3 or 4 points which is a house edge, there are three ways to win the game.
      a. Points, player needs to have higher points on both high hand and low hand from the dealer in order to win, if the player can beat high hand only or low hand only.
      b. Highest card, among the set of cards will decide who is the winner. Ranking of cards shall be as follows from highest to lowest; King, Queen, Jack, 10 9, 8, 7, 6,5, 4, 3, and 2, Ace as the lowest value card. If the highest card for both hand of player and dealer are the same.
      c. Highest suit, will be the deciding factor to who wins the game. Ranking of the suit shall be as follows from highest lowest: Spade, Hearts, Clubs and Diamonds.
2. Player may start placing a Bet when the Dealer announces “Place your Bets, please”.
3. A seated player is allowed to bet up to 3 betting boxes, provided that, there is no other player playing on that box, and is allowed to view 1 set of cards only. Dealer will open the other box, and set the cards according to house way.
4. Before commencing the game, dealer will start placing the cards, there should be 7 boxes in front of the dealer’s working area. Dealer will lay cards one by one starting from right to left and back until all the boxes completed four cards each.
5. After all the hands are complete, dealer will now shake the dice to determine which player will receive the first set of cards. Dice count follow the box number starting box 1 on the right-hand side of the dealer. Every round of play varies who will receive the first card depending on the dice total.
6. It shall be the responsibility of the Player to place the Bet within the permissible Minimum and maximum amount according to the limit displayed at the table.
7. This game is only for Seated Player; no Standing Player is allowed and no Player shall be permitted to place a Bet on another Player’s betting box.
8. No more Bets shall be placed after the Dealer announces “No more Bets”.
9. Player must wait until the card delivery is completed before they can view their cards.
10. Players are not allowed to talk and compare cards while setting their cards, and cards must be placed faced down on the corresponding box after they set.
11. Once the dealer opens the house card, players are not allowed to touch their cards.

      c. House can play 9 points on high hand, if low hand, have 4 points and above.
      d. If low hand, have only 3 points or below, high hand cannot play 9 points. Dealer need to balance the points.
      e. High hand and low hand points should complement with each other and not have too much difference. Balance the strength between the high hand and low hand.
      f. Exemption below (fix card setting):
- 3, 9, 10, Picture will be arranged as; 3&Picture / 10 &9
- 4, 5, 6, 7 will be arranged as; 6&7 / 4&5"
13. After the dealer set the cards, he/she shall then compare his cards with player, following these ranking of points, starting from highest to lowest;
      a. Four of a kind
      b. Three of a kind
      c. Two pairs of picture card, i.e. K, K / J, J
      d. Two Pairs
      e. One Pair (Ace as the highest pair)
      f. Any two pictures combination
      g. Ace and 9 (only card combination that is counted as 10, the rest are zero, like 8+2=0).
      h. Combination of two cards with face value 0-9 will be counted as Baccarat points, like 9+6=5.
14. Any wrong setting from the player’s hand or if the player set the hand incorrectly, he/she automatically lose and dealer will collect his bet.

- All winning bets are paid 1 to 1.
- Any extra payment, bonus or promotion is subject to house rules.
